Questions
Is Quill really free with no watermark?
Yes. There is no paid plan and nothing is stamped on your documents. A small “Made with Quill” line is available as an opt-in, and it is off unless you switch it on.
How do I send an invoice as a PDF?
Tap Print or save PDF, then choose Save as PDF in your browser's print window. Attach the file to an email or message.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload it under Your business. It is stored in your browser and appears at the top of every document.
Does Quill handle VAT, GST or sales tax?
Yes. Set a label and rate once, and choose per line whether tax applies. Quill does the arithmetic. Which rate applies to your work is a question for your accountant.
Is my data backed up?
Only if you download a backup. Everything lives in your browser, so download a backup now and then and keep it somewhere safe.
