Privacy, in plain words

The short version: Kindly has no accounts, no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts. What you type stays in your own browser.

What is stored, and where

Tools that remember things (your invoices, your groups, your workouts) save them in your browser's local storage, on your device. We never see it. Clearing your browser data deletes it, which is why every tool has a Download backup button.

What leaves your browser

Eight of the nine tools send nothing anywhere. They work offline once loaded.

Scout, the job finder, reads your CV inside your browser and never uploads it. To find jobs it downloads public job listings from employers' own careers pages, through a small relay on this site that passes the listings along and keeps nothing. If you choose to add your own AI key, Scout sends a short summary of your profile, with your name, email and phone removed, straight from your browser to the AI provider you picked. Your key is kept in your browser only.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles the requests your browser makes to load the pages. We do not add any tracking on top.
